Noida : Medanta, one of India’s leading multi-specialty healthcare providers, has announced the appointment of Dr. Shalini Tyagi as Director, Paediatric Care at its Noida unit. The appointment marks a significant step in Medanta’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its pediatric super-specialty services and expand access to advanced, patient-centric care for children in the National Capital Region, bringing world-class expertise closer to residents of Noida.
With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Tyagi brings rich expertise in pediatrics with a strong focus on pediatric pulmonology. Her clinical work has been centered on the diagnosis and management of complex respiratory conditions in children. Known for her evidence-based approach and emphasis on early diagnosis and long-term disease management, she has played a key role in improving outcomes for pediatric patients with chronic respiratory conditions.

Dr. Tyagi completed her MBBS from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad and a DNB in Pediatrics from NBE, New Delhi. Over the course of her career, she has actively contributed to academic programs, physician training initiatives, and national conferences, particularly in the fields of pediatric pulmonology and allergy. Her work reflects a strong commitment not only to clinical excellence but also to advancing awareness and capability in managing pediatric respiratory diseases in India.
