Meghalaya: COVID19 cases rise to 18

In Meghalaya, three more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 taking the total number of active cases to 18.

In a tweet, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma informed that two personnel of Border Security Force (BSF) in East Khasi Hills district and one high-risk contact from Ri-Bhoi district have tested positive for COVID-19.

With the addition of three new cases, the tally for active cases for COVID-19 has gone up to 18 in Meghalaya. The state has so far registered 62 total cases with 43 recovered patients and one deceased.
