Nadda addresses virtual rally for West Bengal

Nation is paying tribute to Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee on his 119th birth anniversary today. Various programmes have been organized throughout the country to mark the day. Addressing a virtual rally for West Bengal from Delhi, BJP President J.P. Nadda said that this is the first birth anniversary of the great leader after repealing Article 370 of the Constitution by the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre. Mr. Nadda said, this is the befitting tribute to him for which Syama Prasad Mukherjee sacrificed his life . The BJP President referred to various aspects of his life and works and said that Syama Prasad worked for fulfillment of regional aspirations along with protecting the country’s unity and integrity.

Mr. Nadda said that West Bengal was included with India due to the strong fight of SyamaPrasad. Expressing serious concern over the present situation in West Bengal, he alleged that the state is lagging behind in education, violances and criminalizations are in spate. The ruling party is politicizing everything, even Corona control to remain in power. Mr. Nadda has called for restoration of past glory of Bengal following the path and ideals of Syama Prasad. The Union Minister of State Babul Supriyo and Debasri Chowdhury and State BJP President Dilip Ghosh also addressed the rally.
