This October, Sundays get a little more indulgent as Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC presents a special edition of its Sunday Brunch in collaboration with Trunk Tales on Sunday, 4 October 2026. Bringing together an expansive culinary spread and an engaging afternoon experience, the brunch invites guests to gather with family and friends for a leisurely Sunday filled with good food, drinks and entertainment.
From 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, guests can look forward to an array of live counters and freshly prepared favourites. The spread features live pasta, chaat, sushi, pizza and grill counters, along with a dedicated kids’ counter, offering something for every palate. Guests can savour an assortment of dishes including Junglee Maas, Kulche Chole, Khao Suey Soup, Thousand Chilli Chicken and Polenta in Pesto Cream Sauce.
For those who enjoy a hearty roast, the slow-roasted chicken carving station adds a centrepiece to the brunch, while the dessert selection brings the afternoon to a sweet finish with an assortment of cakes and gateaux.
