Drawing inspiration from the shared love for citrus and balance across both cuisines, Paloma Panchranga reimagines the classic Paloma using Indian citrus produce such as Nagpur orange, Kinnow, Gondhoraj lebu, Mosambi, Nimbu, and Indian pink grapefruit. These bright, zesty flavours are layered with subtle accents of Indian spices and aromatics including pink peppercorn, rock salt, curd chilli, star anise, black cardamom mist, and gentle curry leaf notes, resulting in cocktails that are vibrant, nuanced, and impeccably balanced.
