The following newly certified CPOs have successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff and are proficient in U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) occupancy regulations and compliance standards:
Kelsey Alvarado of New Bedford, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in November of 2024 and is the administrative assistant at Olympia Towers and Young House Apartments in New Bedford
Kimberly Oliveras of Lawrence, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2025 and is the administrative assistant at Lowell Belvidere Apartments
