403 Forbidden Bar presents The World Behind One Bar, a one-day bar takeover with Atelier V, featuring bartenders Dishant Vadnere, Vedant Newatia and Vinay Tagde. The takeover brings Atelier V’s approach to cocktails, craft and hospitality to the bar for one evening.
The cocktail menu draws inspiration from drinking expressions and celebratory toasts from around the world, featuring ARRIBA! is a clarified tequila drink made from yoghurt, jalapeño tincture and salsa, KANPAI, combining whisky, hojicha tea, raw mango bubbles and pickled pineapple, COROMEL, a savoury combination of vodka, unsalted butter, tamarind, chilli and butter popcorn, and PIYO, a refreshing blend of gin, Gondhoraj, caramelised banana and mango. The selection moves across refreshing, fruity, savoury and spirit forward profiles, with each cocktail bringing its own combination of ingredients, technique and presentation.
Rather than a traditional guest shift, the takeover allows guests to experience Atelier V behind the bar and discover the craft that goes into each serve. The evening focuses on the bartenders, their creative approach, and the details that shape the drinking experience.
SYSTEM_TAKEOVER continues 403 Forbidden Bar’s focus on collaborative bar experiences, bringing distinctive bartenders and contemporary cocktail programmes to Bengaluru for a one night showcase of craft, creativity and hospitality.
