Investment in smart city projects, retail chains, showrooms and quick-service restaurants across North India is driving demand for large-format digital signage. The exhibition reflected this with a broad showcase covering digital signage, LED displays and video walls, large-format digital printing, ACP and advanced signage materials, and POP/POS and retail branding solutions. Products on display included UV, solvent and eco-solvent printing technologies, high-resolution LED displays, smart and interactive DOOH solutions, AR/QR-enabled signage and 3D signage.
The show brought together manufacturers, technology providers, and professionals in a focused environment built for discovering practical, next-generation solutions in signage, display, and branding. Exhibitors who participated in the show also had a positive outlook and reported quality buyer interactions, new business partnerships, and expanded market reach.
Ms Lucrezia Bandelli, Gildo Profilati Srl (Italy) — Presenting trim caps for channel letters, made of cellulose with aluminium inserts for UV and climate resistance, built to last up to 30 years, expressed her satisfaction in the participation at the show. “This isn’t our first time participating in Media Expo in India — we’ve been before and liked it very much. Many people are interested in our products and we’re trying to find more customers. Overall, I would say yes, we’re satisfied with the participation — I can see a lot of enthusiasm in people seeing our products, everyone is quite thrilled. We look forward to the next edition.”
Manufacturing PVC foam board and acrylic sheet, exhibiting in India for the first time despite 15 years of business with Indian buyers, Mr Yong Tang, Sales Manager, Easy Building Plastic Pvt Ltd, remarked: “Exciting — that’s the word for this show. On the first day I met more than thirty old friends and cooperators here. It felt like visiting my home. We already have a very long history of business relations with India, and this time I got a chance for face-to-face talks with my old buyers in their hometown. We’re satisfied with our participation. The show is amazing.”
Mr Abhishek Gupta, Executive Director, Alutech India – Manufacturing aluminium composite panels, soffit panels, MDF, HDMR and ACP louvers in-house from imported technology and raw material expressed great response from the visitors. “We have participated in Media Expo before, took a break for a few years, and now we’re back as demand for corporate signage grows. This is the second day, and until today I’ve met almost all the brands my team had struggled to get brief meetings with — now, being present here, the brands themselves are coming to us, sitting with us and discussing business over a cup of coffee. Contributors and OEMs who were earlier inaccessible are right here too. The experience has been surreal. Media Expo is a one-stop solution for brand innovators and decision-makers building their brand in this country.”
Mr Tejinder Singh, Director, Colors Digital India Pvt Ltd (CDI), — An Indian manufacturer covering sheet metal to electronics, making solvent, eco-solvent, UV, flatbed, and more, launched new printing machine in India. He mentioned “We believe in Media Expo — I’ve been doing business through it for the last fourteen years. It’s a good platform for business. We have an all-dealer network across every state, and they come together here to discuss and connect. Demand for our machines is huge, and this launch — the EPSON T3200 head, a first in India and arguably the world — has generated tremendous demand. It’s a platform where our B2B dealer relationships genuinely come alive.”
Mr Jitendra Kaushik, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Ganesh Ji Gums Pvt Ltd Manufacturing exterior ACP panels and SPL sheets across 100+ shades, with a newly launched 3D panel at the show. “We already knew about Media Expo, so when we learned it was being set up, we booked our stall right away. We got a very good and positive response and reached many areas that were previously untapped — we’re now getting customers from those areas too. We’ve had a good response from the team and from fellow exhibitors on our newly launched 3D panels. We’ve connected directly with the signage industry here, educating them on our materials. We definitely look forward to the next edition of Media Expo.”
Mr Vinod Vaviya, Director – Chief Executive Officer, Morix Innovations Pvt Ltd — manufacturing digital signage and display solutions entirely in India at their Mumbai factory — easel stands, totems, wall-mounted stands, mini TFT screens, and a newly launched ad-light with integrated CMS software — built to help India’s retailers shift from traditional print to digital. He shared: “For Morix brand, this is our first time in Delhi, though we’ve previously participated in Mumbai and Chennai, and we’re now planning for Kochi as well. India is adapting — our devices are a one-time investment that replace repeated printing costs, and our inbuilt software editor makes it easy even for small retailers without graphic designers. All our products, and even our software, are made in India. The response here was great — we found many new distributors and clients from all over India, plus two or three overseas. Whoever is using traditional media should switch to digital. We back it all with our own pan-India sales and service network, because after-sales is the most important part of what we do.”
For those working in advertising, branding, printing and signage, Media Expo New Delhi 2026 offered more than a showcase — it offered a clear view of where visual communication is heading, and direct access to the technologies taking it there.
Upcoming edition of Media Expo includes Hyderabad edition for Sign India Expo – Media Expo Hyderabad will be held from 4 – 6 December 2026 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad.
