At the heart of the evening is the live grill, where charcoal-fired kebabs are prepared to order for a relaxed, social spread designed to pair with a cold beer. Guests can choose their preferred protein like chicken, lamb, beef, fish or a vegetarian option, and then select from Indian, South Indian, Asian or Mediterranean flavour profiles. The result is a customised grill experience that brings together smoky char and flavours suited to Indian palates. The experience takes a more traditional turn with Dum Biryani, slow-cooked in its sealed-pot style for fragrant, perfectly infused rice.
