This edition of LOYA Qissa brings to life An Ode to Craft, a celebration of artisanal creativity through an exclusive collaboration with Bengaluru’s acclaimed candle atelier, House of Drip. Rooted in the belief that craftsmanship preserves stories across generations, the experience explores the intersection of culinary artistry and handcrafted design, transforming inspiration into tangible works of art.
Some stories are passed down through generations around the dining table, while others are carefully shaped by hand. On 1st August 2026, LOYA invites guests on an immersive journey where these worlds converge, showcasing how culture, creativity and craftsmanship can come together to create something truly memorable.
Guided by the founders of House of Drip, guests will step into the fascinating world of artisanal candle-making, crafting exquisite food-inspired candles that blur the line between reality and imagination. Drawing inspiration from LOYA’s signature culinary creations, each handcrafted piece becomes a reflection of artistry, detail and storytelling.
Complementing this interactive experience, Chef Rajesh Wadhwa, Grand Chef at LOYA, will share the rich narratives, traditions and flavours of the Himalayan foothills and North India, offering deeper insight into the heritage that inspires LOYA’s cuisine. As stories unfold and creations take shape, guests will witness how a single idea can find expression through both flavour and craft, creating a unique dialogue between gastronomy and design.
