Bengaluru : Aahwahan Foundation, in association with Netcracker, is pleased to announce the successful implementation of its Traffic Police Welfare Kit Distribution Initiative in Bengaluru, aimed at supporting the city’s traffic police officers who work tirelessly to ensure road safety and smooth traffic management. The initiative was organized in Bengaluru to recognize the dedication of traffic police personnel and provide them with essential safety and welfare equipment that can help them perform their duties more comfortably and effectively. As part of the program, traffic police officers received specially designed Traffic Police Welfare Kits containing helmets, raincoats, rain-protective jackets, reflective safety vests, sunglasses, masks, hand gloves, umbrellas, and water bottles. These carefully selected items are intended to enhance the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of officers while they carry out their daily responsibilities. The event was attended by key dignitaries including Dr. Gopal M Byakod : Deputy Commissioner of Police – Traffic South Division, Bangalore City, Shri. Manjunath R: Assistant Commissioner of Police – Traffic South Sub Division, Bangalore City, Shri. T S Radhakrishna: Police Inspector – J. P. Nagar Traffic Police Station, Bengaluru, and Mr. Braja Kishore Pradhan: CEO & Founder of Aahwahan Foundation. From the Netcracker team, the following members marked their presence at the event: Mr. Ravisha Krishnamurthy, Mr. Anu Sadasivan, Mr. Durga Prasad Mahapatra, Mr. Sandeep Kumar K, and Mr. Ananth Kumar. So far, under this initiative, Aahwahan has distributed 200 Safety and Welfare Kits to the Traffic Police of the South Division. This is an ongoing initiative that the Aahwahan Foundation will continue to undertake. After completing the South Division, Aahwahan plans to extend this initiative to other divisions as well in the future.
Through this program, the Foundation distributed specially curated welfare kits to officers serving at various traffic points across the city.
