New Delhi: In a significant initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration across India’s hospitality sector, the Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) and the Hotel & Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of India (HOTREMAI) have joined hands to present the Experium Knowledge Summit 2026 alongside the 9th Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026 on 24th July 2026 at The Suryaa New Delhi.
The collaboration brings together two organisations representing complementary pillars of the hospitality industry. While AHP has consistently championed professional excellence and leadership development, HOTREMAI has played a pivotal role in advancing hospitality infrastructure, equipment and technology. Together, they aim to create a platform that encourages collaboration, innovation and knowledge exchange across the industry.
Bringing together hotel owners, general managers, corporate chefs, executive chefs, directors of food & beverage, corporate housekeepers, executive housekeepers, room division managers, restaurateurs, hospitality educators, consultants, procurement professionals, equipment manufacturers, and solution providers, the event will serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge sharing, business networking, and the celebration of excellence across India’s hospitality industry.
The Experium Knowledge Summit, scheduled from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, will feature keynote sessions and engaging panel discussions on some of the most relevant developments shaping the hospitality industry. The first panel discussion will focus on FMCG suppliers in the hospitality industry, highlighting evolving procurement trends and value-driven solutions for hotels. The second panel discussion will explore beverage innovation as the next growth driver for the HoReCa sector. The third panel discussion will cover sustainability in hotel design, with a focus on front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations. The fourth panel discussion will examine robotics and the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in the hospitality industry.
The summit will bring together leading industry experts, including Prerna Sachdeva, Amiya Shankar, P. A. Prabhu, Abhishek Saxena, Chef Bharat Alagh, Vikram Khurana, Nisheeth Shrivastava, Rajat Agarwal, Anirudh Singhal, Alok Dubey, Siddharth Teckchandani, Satender Jangra, Imran Khan, Madhu Chandok, Rajesh Chopra, Sangya Gupta, Nilesh Patel, Sarbendra Sarkar, and Amandeep Sarna, who will share practical insights and forward-looking perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of India’s hospitality industry.
The evening will continue with the 9th Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026, scheduled from 7:00 PM onwards, recognising individuals and organisations that have demonstrated excellence, innovation and leadership across the hospitality sector. The honours will be presented under four flagship categories: AHP Hotel Awards 2026, AHP Food Awards 2026, AHP Hospitality Achievers’ Awards 2026, and AHP Education Awards 2026, celebrating excellence across hotels, food and beverage, hospitality leadership and hospitality education. The awards ceremony will be graced by Shri Arun Singh ji, currently serving his second term as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, as the Chief Guest.
