This season, Baglami introduces a vibrant, produce-forward Summer Menu inspired by Maharashtra’s orchards, the Konkan coast, and the Western Ghats, bringing together fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a playful balance of textures.
The menu features standout dishes like Balsamic Caviar and Cream of Edamame, Granola Bowl with Konkan honey, and Avo Tartar with Sourdough Bread, alongside indulgent bites such as the Truffle Mushroom Donut, Lamb Donut, and Balsamic Lamb with Hummus & Pickled Chilli. Seafood highlights like the Fish with Herb Chilli Sauce and Pepper Reduction and Mango Chilli Prawn add a refreshing summer touch.
Mains bring together comfort and creativity with dishes like the Eggplant Roulade with Fermented Chilli Pesto, Pad Thai with Fall Veggies, Spaghetti Puttanesca with Stracciatella, and the indulgent Thai Mango Curry with Jasmine Rice. The menu is complemented by playful pizzas such as the Cherry Tomato, Orange & Black Garlic Miso Pizza and Tan Tan Fire, along with Prawn Chilli Cilantro Gyoza.
