Bringing these traditions to the table, the brunch showcases dishes from across the country, including Awadhi Chicken Biryani, layered and cooked over dum; Mutton Dak Bungalow, slow- cooked to develop depth and richness; Mangalorean Kori Sukka, prepared with freshly roasted spices and coconut; Stuffed Aubergine with Spicy Tomato Sauce; Chicken Rawon Soup; and a thoughtfully curated selection of regional specialities that celebrate India's rich culinary heritage.
