Bengaluru : Following the successful launch of Bruncheras with its Victorian era edition, Conrad Bengaluru is set to continue its immersive brunch experience series, with an all-new thematic celebration, Ming Era: Rise of the Emperor at Caraway Kitchen, starting June 7 onwards, every Sunday.
Inspired by the opulence, cultural richness, and global trade legacy of the Ming Dynasty, the experience reimagines imperial grandeur through a vibrant modern lens. The concept reimagines an alternate reality where ancient imperial majesty meets modern street-art culture, inviting guests to rule their weekends with indulgent cuisine, elevated beverages, and immersive entertainment for the entire family.

The Silk Road Sliders featuring crispy chicken karaage and roasted pulled lamb served in soft bao buns, alongside towering bamboo steamers offering assorted dim sums and Tangra-style momos.
The Little Emperors Buffet, a dedicated kids-friendly spread with playful Asian-inspired favorites specially curated for younger guests.
Korean-inspired offerings include Bibimbap bowls, Korean fried chicken, and Korean fried mushrooms, bringing authentic oriental flavours to the brunch experience.
Indulgent dessert selections such as Black Sesame & Honey Pancakes and Matcha Chocolate Pancakes inspired by Asian flavour profiles.
