Over the years, Coverfox Group has emerged as a prominent player within India’s evolving insurtech ecosystem by focusing on AI-first digital experiences, technology-led insurance solutions, and strategic B2B partnerships that simplify insurance accessibility for consumers across the country. As the company continues to scale its operations and strengthen its market presence, the latest leadership appointments are expected to further enhance execution capabilities, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.
As part of the leadership restructuring, Piyush Ranjan, Co-founder & CTO, has been appointed as Executive Director, Coverfox Group. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue to lead the group’s technology vision, digital transformation partnerships, and scalable product innovation strategies.
Further, Shreyans Vijay has been appointed as Executive Director, Coverfox Group, and will spearhead all sales growth channels across the group. He has been instrumental in driving business expansion, strengthening distribution networks, and scaling strategic growth initiatives across key verticals.
Additionally, Shivendra Pancholi has been appointed as Executive Director, Coverfox, and will continue to lead and expand the company’s affinity business and ecosystem partnerships. He played a significant role in strengthening strategic alliances and expanding the organisation’s partner-led growth initiatives.
The company has also appointed Vivek Dubey as General Counsel, Coverfox Group, where he will oversee all legal, governance, regulatory, and compliance functions for the group, both internally and externally. He has been closely involved in framing the organisation’s legal and governance framework amid the rapidly evolving insurtech landscape.
