New Delhi: Aligning with PM Narendra Modi’s mission of empowering women, COWE Haryana Chapter organised the Grand Swavalamban show- Navrasa at Apparel House, Gurugram, from August 3 to August 5, 2024.
The chief guests of the event, CGM SIDBI Shri Rahul Priyadarshi and Industrial Extension Officer Shri Kailash Chander came to support the budding women entrepreneurs on Day 1 and Day 3 respectively. Featuring 90 rural and urban exhibitors, who displayed their unique talents and special skills, the event was a grand showcase of gourmet and culinary fest that was attended by distinguished guests including Vandy Mehra, Rashu Chander Vidhaa, Parul Mahajan, Rathika Iqbal Mehra, Liza Varma, Shinjini Kulkarni, Dr. Geeta Grewal, and Charu Parashar.
Ruchita Bansal, Founder and President of COWE Haryana Chapter, stated, “Navrasa is not just a show, it’s a step forward to transform the lives of women from all walks of life. By providing this platform, we aim to foster economic independence for women and overall development of the society. The show also featured customised live activities by artisans and stalls for beautifully carved festive hampers for Teej and Rakhi. Navrasa not only brought together a diverse group of women entrepreneurs, but also provided an exclusive platform to connect, grow, and build businesses.
