CURA, one of India’s fastest-growing dedicated Ayurvedic and wellness companies, has announced the establishment of its sixth state-of-the-art manufacturing hub at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. The new facility represents a major milestone in the company’s aggressive growth journey and further strengthens its vision of building a highly specialized, decentralized manufacturing ecosystem designed to deliver product excellence, operational efficiency, and global scalability.
Unlike traditional manufacturing models, CURA has developed dedicated production facilities focused on specific product categories to ensure superior quality and manufacturing expertise. Its existing network includes advanced facilities in Mohan Nagar for herbal juices, Karhera for syrups and fermented formulations, Wazirabad for skincare products, Fatuha in Bihar for classical ethical medicines, and Unnao for its premium edible range. Together with a wholly owned logistics and warehousing network spanning Delhi, Kanpur, Patna, Nagpur, Kashmir, Bangalore, and Mumbai, CURA has established a robust end-to-end supply chain capable of serving both domestic and international markets efficiently.
As part of its long-term expansion roadmap, the company has also recently acquired strategic land parcels in Guwahati and Nagpur. These investments reflect CURA’s commitment to building future-ready infrastructure that can support increasing demand while creating a stronger foundation for manufacturing, distribution, and exports across India and key international markets.
Spread across approximately 1,850 square meters (20,000 square feet), the Jewar facility has been designed as a high-density, high-efficiency production center focused on maximizing output and operational throughput. Once operating at full capacity, the facility is projected to generate dedicated revenues of approximately ₹110 crore to ₹125 crore within the next three to five years, reinforcing the company’s confidence in the growing global demand for premium Ayurvedic and nutraceutical products.
The strategic choice of Jewar is closely linked to its proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport, expected to become one of Asia’s largest aviation hubs. With demand for CURA products rising rapidly across the UAE, Russia, and African markets, access to world-class air cargo infrastructure will significantly enhance export efficiency and reduce supply chain bottlenecks.
“Jewar is a strategic milestone in CURA’s growth journey, strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and global reach. Along with our recent investments in Guwahati and Nagpur, it reflects our commitment to building world-class infrastructure for the future of Ayurveda.” said Aditya Mihir, Core Founding Member, CURA.
The Jewar facility will be exclusively dedicated to CURA’s Nutraceutical x Ayurvedic division, focusing on formulations that combine traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern nutritional science. The company has already signed the land deed with the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority and expects the facility to be fully operational within six to eight months, further accelerating CURA’s journey toward becoming a globally recognized Ayurvedic powerhouse.
