Gurugram : DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square is pleased to announce the appointment of Mayank Takkar as its new Food & Beverage Manager. Mayank brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in hospitality with a focus on food and beverage management. He joins the hotel with a proven record of elevating guest dining experiences, optimizing F&B operations for efficiency and quality, and building and mentoring high-performing culinary and service teams across respected hospitality brands.
In his new role, Mayank will oversee the hotel’s entire food and beverage portfolio, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining operations. He will be responsible for enhancing culinary experiences, strengthening service standards, driving revenue growth, and further elevating the hotel’s dining offerings in line with Hilton’s globally recognized hospitality standards.
Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, Mayank was associated with Hilton Jaipur as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, where he successfully managed multiple F&B operations while contributing to revenue growth and guest satisfaction initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles with leading hospitality brands, including Marriott Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Westin Gurgaon, Andaz by Hyatt, and Trident Gurgaon.
A graduate in Hotel and Hospitality Management from IHM Gwalior, Mayank brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, revenue optimization, guest relations, team development, event management, and service excellence. Known for his collaborative leadership style and guest-centric approach, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to create memorable dining experiences while fostering a positive and performance-driven work culture.
