On the occasion of International Day for Biological Diversity today, Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav has urged citizens to help in building a shared future for all living beings. In a social media post, Mr Yadav noted that this year’s theme – Act Locally for Global Impact – is a call for everyone to take action to halt and reverse biodiversity loss. He said that rich biodiversity is the answer to myriad sustainable development challenges.
