Set against the picturesque backdrop of Nandi Hills, the three-day dining experience brings together authentic mountain flavours, and the signature hospitality of the resort.
Curated by acclaimed chef Yojana Khanduri Chaudhary, the pop-up showcases the rich traditions of Uttarakhandi (Pahadi) cuisine through recipes that celebrate the region’s culinary heritage. As the founder of The Himalayan Rasoi, Yojana is widely recognised for bringing the flavours of the Himalayas to the forefront through collaborations with luxury hotels and renowned restaurant chains across India.
The celebration begins with exclusive dinner experiences on 24 and 25 July, followed by a vibrant Sunday Brunch on 26 July, offering guests an immersive journey through the traditional cuisine of the Garhwal region. Rooted in the Himalayan foothills, Garhwali cuisine is known for its wholesome, comforting flavours, seasonal ingredients, and time-honoured cooking techniques. The specially curated menu celebrates the region’s culinary traditions with dishes prepared using locally inspired ingredients, aromatic spices, lentils, mountain grains, and fresh herbs, offering an authentic taste of Uttarakhand’s rich gastronomic heritage.
The experience is complemented by thoughtfully curated entertainment. The Saturday dinner will feature a live solo singer, while the Sunday brunch comes alive with a two-piece live band performing a mix of jazz, pop, and soft rock. Families can also enjoy dedicated children’s activities, a kids’ buffet, and engaging entertainment throughout the afternoon.
