Indore: HCG Cancer Centre, Indore, proudly celebrated National Cancer Survivors Month with an inspiring and joy-filled event titled “The Walk of the Warriors,” dedicated to honouring cancer survivors’ strength, resilience, and courage. The celebration brought together patients, doctors, caregivers, and hospital staff in a memorable evening of stories, smiles, and solidarity.
The event featured a vibrant line-up of fun activities, including singing, dancing, poetry recitals, and other performances by survivors and their families. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, hope, and celebration as participants received exciting gifts and enjoyed a heartfelt dinner with the hospital community.
Key clinicians from HCG took the stage to share valuable insights into the cancer journey, highlighting the importance of early detection, emotional strength, and comprehensive care. Patients also came forward to share their powerful stories of survival, leaving the audience deeply moved and inspired.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nitin Bamaniya, Chief Operating Officer, HCG Cancer Centre, Indore, said: “Every survivor’s journey is a story of strength, and today, we came together not just to celebrate recovery, but to honour the warrior spirit that defines each one of them.
