Hyderabad: Registration opened for the 9th Edition of the Quambiant Global Grace Cancer Run 2026, powered by Evernorth Health Services, scheduled to be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad.
Organised by the Grace Cancer Foundation, the annual run aims to bring people together to create greater awareness about cancer, encourage early detection and screening, and support the larger fight against cancer.
Individuals, families, corporates, institutions, running communities and citizens are invited to participate and make the run a collective expression of solidarity with cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and families affected by the disease.
Participants can register for any of the three categories: 2K Run – ₹800; 5K Run – ₹900 and 10K Run – ₹1,200
The 10K category is a timed run, offering an opportunity for serious runners and running enthusiasts to participate competitively, while the 2K and 5K categories provide accessible options for families, young people and citizens who wish to support the cause.
The Global Grace Cancer Run seeks to use the power of community participation to take the message of cancer awareness and early detection to a wider audience. The organisers believe that a mass participation event can help turn a sporting activity into a meaningful public-health awareness movement.
The run encourages participants to take a simple but powerful message back to their homes and communities: early detection can make a difference, and cancer awareness must become part of everyday health consciousness.
The 2026 edition is powered by Evernorth Health Services and supported by a wide network of partners. The event is being held in association with Southern California Security Council (SCSC), AMCHAM India, HYSEA and EquippP. LPL Financial Global Capability Center is the Global Social Impact Partner, while Global Grace Health is the Global Partner.
The supporting partners include Ryan, NATCO, NMDC and Newmark. Yashoda Hospitals is the Medical Partner, Eugenix Hair Sciences is the Hair Partner and Invesco is the Hydration Partner.

This Hyderabad-based Grace Cancer Foundation is planning to list on Social Stock Exchange. Oncologist-founded NGO charts a new funding model for preventive healthcare; plans AI-driven cancer screening expansion
Dr. Chinnababu Sunkavalli, Founder of Grace Cancer Foundation, said the proposed SSE listing is not merely a fundraising exercise, but a strategic institutional transformation.
“Our objective is to build a stronger organisation with world-class governance, robust compliance systems, measurable impact and complete transparency. Every rupee entrusted to us must create measurable social outcomes,” he said.
He unveiled the Foundation’s next phase of growth, which includes establishing a Centre of Excellence for Preventive Oncology, deploying 100 per cent AI-enabled mobile cancer screening units, expanding cancer and non-communicable disease screening across India, developing digital health platforms for underserved communities and strengthening research collaborations in preventive oncology.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Chinnababu Sunkavalli, Senior Consultant Robotic Surgical Oncologist and Founder of GRACE (Global Research and Cancer Education) Cancer Foundation, said that cancer continues to be one of the world’s biggest public health challenges. However, a significant number of cancers can either be prevented or successfully treated when detected early.
“The Global Grace Cancer Run is not merely a sporting event. It is a global movement that combines awareness, prevention, early detection and hope. Every participant becomes an ambassador in the fight against cancer, while every registration helps us reach underserved communities with life-saving screening services,” he said
Since its inception, the Global Grace Cancer Run has evolved into the world’s largest cancer awareness run, touching the lives of nearly 1.4 crore people across more than 130 countries.
The Foundation’s vision is to alleviate the cancer burden in society through Education & Awareness, Early Detection, Treatment & Rehabilitation, and Cutting-edge Research.
The theme for this year’s edition is: “Run for Grace. Screen for Life.”
The Hyderabad edition is expected to attract around 35,000 participants, while the global event is expected to witness over one lakh participants from more than 130 countries spanning all seven continents.
