Important points raised by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at Southern Zonal Council meeting held at Mahabalipuram today

Mumbai: Southern Zonal Council meeting headed by Home Minister Amit Shah held at Mahabalipuram today. Chief Ministers of AP, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Puducherry attended the meeting.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu highlighted development of AP and other southern states and called for greater cooperation among southern states. He said Centre–state trust and mutual cooperation essential to resolve issues.

CM Proposed bullet train corridor connecting Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. He suggested running the bullet train through Kuppam and called for a transport network connecting Amaravati, Bengaluru and Chennai

CM Suggests setting up a common logistics network and dry ports across southern states. He calls for linking the southern power grid with the national grid

CM proposes a joint consortium of universities and skilling institutions from southern states. He suggests setting up a Mutual Aid Force for inter-state cooperation during disasters.

Chandrababu Naidu calls for a common spiritual tourism circuit connecting Tirupati with Kashi, Ayodhya and Char Dham.
