KisaanSay Expands Quick-Commerce Reach for Direct-from-Farmer Dry Fruits Ahead of Diwali

New Delhi : KisaanSay, a farm-to-consumer food brand focused on connecting consumers with agricultural producers, is expanding its digital retail presence ahead of Diwali through Amazon Now, Blinkit and Solgram. The expansion covers Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad, bringing its range of direct-from-farmer dry fruits to a wider urban consumer base.

The move comes ahead of the festive season, when dry fruits see increased demand for gifting and household consumption. KisaanSay is focusing on regionally sourced products, including Kashmiri walnuts, Mamra almonds, Konkan cashews and Nashik raisins, highlighting the agricultural origins behind its festive offerings.

The company typically witnesses around 50% growth during the Diwali season. It sees the festive period as an opportunity to strengthen consumer access to Indian-origin produce while creating better income opportunities for farmers through wider market access.

“Diwali is a significant growth period for the dry fruits category, and we typically see around 50% growth during the season. For us, this growth is not just about higher sales but also about creating better income opportunities for farmers. By expanding our digital presence, we aim to connect more consumers with Indian-origin produce while enabling farmer enterprises to participate more meaningfully in the consumer market,” said Nitin Puri, Founder & CEO, KisaanSay.

KisaanSay works with 25 Farmer Producer Organisations and Farmer Producer Companies (FPOs/FPCs), representing more than 50,000 farmers across 10 states. Through its Co-Curate, Co-Brand and Co-Own approach, the company seeks to build a more direct relationship between agricultural producers and consumers, enabling farmer enterprises to participate more meaningfully in the food value chain.

The expanded digital distribution network is intended to make its products more accessible during the festive season, as consumers increasingly use online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms for shopping. The company aims to combine the convenience of digital retail with a sourcing model that places farmers and regional produce at the centre of its business.

By bringing dry fruits associated with specific Indian growing regions to consumers through contemporary retail channels, KisaanSay aims to strengthen the visibility of Indian-origin produce while supporting the farmer enterprises behind its products.
