MOS Utility Appoints Atish Shelar as Group CEO to Drive Next Phase of Growth

Mumbai : MOS Utility, an Indian B2B2C digital fintech and ecommerce company, has appointed Atish Shelar as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over 25 years of leadership experience across banking, fintech, digital payments, merchant acquiring, product strategy, and business development, Shelar will focus on strengthening MOS Utility’s business ecosystem, scaling its digital financial services portfolio, and driving synergies across its expanding group of businesses, including JC Ventures, Indicore, and Samvriddhi.

A stalwart in the payments industry, Shelar brings extensive experience across banking and financial services, complemented by his previous positions at HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, BillDesk, Unimoni, and M2P Fintech. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at IppoPay and Fin Meadows, he led the development of the company’s merchant acquiring business and payment infrastructure.

He has also been recognized among the “Top 10 Best COOs in India” and the “Top 50 Most Influential Payment Professionals.”
