At Brew 33 Bar Lounge at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport, South Asia’s largest DoubleTree by Hilton, the celebration brings together Bavarian beer, hearty food, music and the convivial energy of Oktoberfest for an evening that calls for steins raised and tables shared.
The Courtyard takes center stage as the setting for the celebration, with a lively Bavarian-inspired ambience designed for friends, colleagues and families to gather, share and raise a toast.
Märzen Draught Beer leads the beverage selection, with its smooth, malty amber character, alongside Corona, Hoegaarden, Toit Tint-in-Wit and Toit Banger Lager. Beer and food pairings add another dimension to the experience, while the menu moves from warm pretzels with sweet mustard and beer-cheese dip, Obatzda and crisp potato pancakes to bratwurst with braised cabbage, pork schnitzel, Bavarian roast chicken and beer-battered fish. The hearty spread also features Honey Mustard-Glazed Pork Belly and Käsespätzle.
Vegetarian options include Bavarian Vegetable Strudel and Bavarian Bread Dumplings with wild mushroom cream sauce, while Apfelstrudel, Kaiserschmarrn and Warm Chocolate Pretzel Pudding bring the evening to a suitably indulgent close.
