Kochi : Saints & Masters (S&M), a global technology advisory and execution firm, has announced the strategic acquisition of Nubinix Technologies, a specialised cloud infrastructure provider and AWS Advanced Tier Partner. The acquisition marks a major step in S&M’s vision to build a globally scalable cloud and digital services platform while strengthening its position as a full-stack AWS cloud service provider.
Founded in 2024, Nubinix Technologies has rapidly established a strong presence in managed cloud services across India and the Middle East. With this acquisition, Saints & Masters will further enhance its multi-cloud orchestration capabilities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
The integration of Nubinix will strengthen S&M’s expertise in cloud architecture, migration, infrastructure management, serverless computing, containers, and AWS-native data platforms. The company will also leverage its 300+ member delivery hub across Bengaluru, Kochi, and Chennai to support global project execution.
