Director Speaks

Commenting on the results, Mr. Sharan Bansal, Director, Skipper Limited, said: “Q1 FY’27 gets our new financial year off to a disciplined start. Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs. 13,098 million and PAT at Rs. 565 million, building on the momentum we carried out of FY’26. During the quarter, we also took a decisive step to strengthen our balance sheet, raising Rs. 4,335 million through a preferential allotment to a high-quality set of institutional investors. These proceeds will materially reduce our reliance on working-capital borrowings and give us added flexibility to fund our ongoing growth plans. CRISIL’s upgrade of our long-term rating to A+/Stable is an independent affirmation of this improving financial profile. We remain firmly on track to deliver on our FY’27 guidance of around 15% revenue growth and approximately 30% PAT growth.”

Speaking on the results, Mr. Devesh Bansal, Director, Skipper Limited, said: “The first quarter of FY’27 was one of steady execution and continued capability build-out for our Engineering business. The ongoing 75,000 MTPA capacity expansion is progressing well and likely to be commissioned and operational by end Q2’26, taking our total installed capacity to 450,000 MTPA from existing 375,000 MTPA. We also deepened our international footprint with the formation of new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Brazil and UAE; USA entity is expected to be established soon. Our order book and bidding pipeline remain healthy, and we continue to see strong engagement from customers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America and Latin America.”
