Visitors will be able to explore and purchase a wide range of traditional handloom products, including silk and cotton sarees, suit-dupatta sets, shawls, stoles, bed linen, home furnishings, kurtas, dhotis, durries, and other handcrafted items. The exhibition will feature products from several states, including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

More than just an exhibition, “Soot Sangam” is a celebration of India’s vibrant weaving traditions, cultural diversity, and craftsmanship. The event seeks to strengthen the connection between artisans and consumers while encouraging support for indigenous products and reinforcing the spirit of “My Handloom, My Pride.”

The initiative reflects the continued efforts of the Ministry of Textiles and the National Design Centre to support the handloom sector, enhance livelihood opportunities for weavers, and promote India’s textile heritage among a wider audience.
