The new experience brings together a specially designed Thai-led menu with a Thai-inspired Spritz Bar, a Mango Sticky Rice Waffle Cart and melodic house beats, creating an easy setting for long lunches and even longer conversations.
The brunch puts a playful Thai spin on familiar brunch favourites, bringing together Bangkok-inspired breakfast plates, eggs, crispy bites, seafood and indulgent sweet finishes. The menu features dishes such as Bangkok Breakfast Egg, Tom Yum Benedict with charred mushroom and kaffir lime hollandaise. For shared plates guests can also explore Thai Corn Ribs, Crispy Thai Potato Nest, Bangkok Crab Omelette and Thai Chilli Prawn Toast.
The sweet offering continues the Thai-inspired approach with Mango Sticky Rice 2.0, reimagining the classic dessert as a coconut sticky rice waffle with fresh mango alongside Thai Tea French Toast. Together, the menu brings Sweeney’s Thai identity into a more relaxed Sunday brunch format, balancing familiar brunch favourites with bold Thai flavours and unexpected combinations.
Alongside the food, the Thai-inspired Spritz Bar brings a refreshing drinks programme to the afternoon. Together, the food and drinks set the tone for an afternoon that moves easily from brunch into drinks and music.
The garden comes alive with melodic house beats, adding a soundtrack to the afternoon without taking away from its easy-going pace. The experience also introduces Sweeney Garden Sessions, a new platform created to spotlight female artists across DJs, singers, musicians and performers. Each edition will feature a different female artist, giving them a stage to perform and an opportunity to reach new audiences through Sweeney’s social media and content.
