In yet another highest single day jump in Covid-19 infections, Telangana reported 730 new Corona virus Positive cases yesterday. With this the number of total reported COVID-19 cases in the state has gone up to 7802. Out of the fresh cases, hotspot Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area accounted for 659 cases.
Jangon Adjoining Rangareddy district reported 50 more cases while Rangareddy district reported 10 and Medchal reported 9 new cases. Warangal also reported 6 new cases. 12 other cases have also been reported from various other districts in the state. 225 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and discharged from various hospitals in the state taking the total recoveries to 3731.
The state also saw 7 deaths during the last 24 hours, pushing up the death toll due to COVID-19 and other comorbidities to 210. The official health bulletin informed that 3297 tests were conducted during the past 24 hours in the state
