Zigly Hosts Successful Wagathon in Bangalore to Celebrate Pet-Parent Bonding and Raise Funds for Animal Welfare
Bangalore: Zigly, the first tech-enabled omnichannel pet care brand in India, held its flagship Wagathon at the Koramangala Zigly Experience Center. The purpose of the event was to foster fitness, camaraderie, and the joy of pet ownership by bringing together passionate pet owners and their furry friends for an exciting walkathon.
The Wagathon kicked off at 7:00 AM, with registration and kit distribution, where attendees were given water bottles and Zigly caps. The energetic one-kilometer walk started at the Zigly Experience Center at 7:30 AM, circling back to the starting point. The event with 120+ participants, transformed into a lively and vibrant celebration of Bangalore’s pet community by the enthusiasm and energy of the pets and their parents.
In recognition of their role in making the Wagathon a huge success, participants received certificates, medals, and trophies as part of the event participation.

In line with its mission to make a difference beyond pet care, Zigly announced that nearly ₹2 lakh was raised through the Wagathon initiative. The proceeds were then handed over to Zigly Foundation towards supporting animal welfare efforts, reinforcing Zigly’s commitment to creating a more compassionate ecosystem for pets and animals alike.
