With the aim of guiding young people from small towns towards the right career path, Crack Academy organized career counseling workshops at leading colleges in Jawalamukhi, Nadaun and Bhoranj districts of Himachal Pradesh. Hundreds of students enthusiastically participated in these sessions.

As India’s first edtech platform that provides guidance to students from tier-2 and tier-3 cities in preparing for competitive exams, Crack Academy has now expanded its reach to the youth of Himachal Pradesh.

The workshops were held at Pandit Sushil College, Jawalamukhi and Siddharth College, Nadaun. Students were provided detailed information about career options such as UPSC, SSC, banking, defense services and state-level exams.

Crack Academy mentors also shared useful tips with students on topics such as time management exam preparation strategies and balancing personal development.

Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, said, “Our aim is to provide the right guidance to talented students from small towns.” Many times, students have potential but lack direction. Through these workshops, we aim to provide them with awareness, motivation, and confidence so they can achieve their goals with conviction.

These workshops, focused on career awareness, goal setting, and holistic development, are part of Crack Academy’s initiative to prepare young people from small towns for success in today’s competitive environment.
