Smartworld Developers Expands Footprint to Noida: The company has recorded stellar growth with ₹6,400 crore in sales in FY24–25

After making a significant mark in the Gurugram real estate  market, Smartworld Developers-one of India’s fastest-growing real estate companies, has  announced its foray into Noida, marking a pivotal milestone in its strategic expansion. The  company has acquired a 24,000 sq. mtr. (approx. 6-acre) land parcel in Sector 98, Noida, at a  prominent location along the Noida Expressway, through an auction (bidding Rs. 414 cr). The  upcoming mixed-use development will comprise premium, branded residences, high-street retail, and serviced homes. The estimated sale value of the development is over Rs. 3,000  crores. The project is expected to generate employment opportunities for over 2,500  individuals during its development and operational phases.

Global Collaboration – Smartworld is in discussions with a leading global brand for a potential  collaboration on the Noida project, aiming to raise the bar for luxury living and bring a never before-seen global premium experience to the Noida market. Further announcements in this  regard are expected soon.

Its proximity to the upcoming Jewar International Airport further  enhances its appeal for both homebuyers and investors.

Smartworld’s momentum remains strong, with Rs. 6,400 crore in sales for FY24-25, a  remarkable 60% YoY growth. The company remains debt-free and financially robust, with  healthy cash flows fuelling aggressive expansion. It has already established a strong presence  in Gurugram, particularly along the high-potential Golf Course Road Extension. Its landmark  projects include Smartworld Orchard, Smartworld Gems, Smartworld The Edition, Smartworld  Sky Arc, and the latest addition, Trump Residences Gurgaon. Trump Residences Gurgaon marks Smartworld’s first international branded collaboration and, notably, was completely  sold out within hours of its launch. The company has also expanded its footprint along the  Dwarka Expressway with Smartworld One DXP, an uber-luxury residential project.

Incepted in 2021, the Gurugram-based firm currently boasts a diverse portfolio across the  residential and retail segments. With its inaugural developments, ‘Smartworld Orchard,  Smartworld Gems, and Smartworld Orchard Street’, the company has delivered ~6.5 million  sq. ft. (OC received), reaffirming its commitment to quality and timely delivery. The remaining  projects are also on track, with ~20 million sq. ft. currently under development. With INR  40,000 crore worth of assets under management, the company is planning to go public in the  coming years as part of its long-term growth strategy.
