Dubai: HOSMAC, Asia’s leading Hospital Planning, Design and Management Consultancy, has been awarded the prestigious mandate to plan and design Thumbay Medicity Dubai, a landmark academic healthcare destination in Al Qusais, Dubai. The announcement was made by Thumbay Group, one of the region’s most respected healthcare and education conglomerates.

Thumbay Medicity Dubai is envisioned as a fully integrated medical city that will bring together Education, Patient Care, Research, Alternative Medicine, Laboratory Services, Home Care, and Innovation within a single, cohesive ecosystem. The development aims to redefine how academic medicine and clinical services converge in the region, creating a future-ready healthcare destination that supports learning, healing, and discovery under one master plan.

HOSMAC’s appointment marks a significant milestone in its growing Middle East portfolio.
