This summer, mango isn’t just in season, it’s being reimagined.
Julien Patisserie unveils The Mango Edit, a limited-season collection that transforms the beloved fruit into a layered, multi-sensory experience. Designed as a seasonal ritual, the menu explores mango across form, texture, and technique, moving beyond the expected to create something more considered and expressive.
Across the collection, mango appears in evolving forms, layered, caramelised, softened, and infused, shaping desserts that feel distinct yet connected. From everyday indulgences to more intricate creations, each piece offers a different take on the ingredient, allowing it to unfold gradually across the menu.
At the heart of the edit is Summer Rewritten, a limited-edition cookie restricted to just 100 pieces. Built around fresh Alphonso mangoes, it combines mango toffee, mango gel, pistachios, and white chocolate into a single, composed bite. Paired with an edible mango perfume to be sprayed just before the first bite, the dessert introduces a subtle but striking shift, where aroma leads, and the experience begins even before tasting.
The menu continues with Mango Madness, a layered mango entremet available in S, M, and L formats, Mango, Caramelised, a Basque cheesecake with a deeply burnished top, and Not Quite Tiramisu, a reimagined classic rewritten with mango.
Julien Patisserie, a premium, design-led dessert house by the Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality group, approaches pastry through a fashion-inspired lens, where craftsmanship and aesthetics come together to create desserts that are as experiential as they are indulgent.
With The Mango Edit, launching May 1st, mango season isn’t just celebrated, it’s completely redefined.
