Concorde Leases 1.4L Sq Ft Office Space to BHIVE with ₹16 crore Annual Yield; BHIVE to expand with 3,000+ seats in Bengaluru
Bengaluru : Bengaluru based Concorde has signed a leasing agreement with India’s leading provider of campus-style flexible office solutions, BHIVE Workspaces for 1.4 lakh square feet of Grade-A office space at Concorde Econex, at an annual rental value of ₹16 crore. The new facility, located in the prominent tech corridor of Doddanekkundi, Whitefiled, Bengaluru comprises ground and four upper floors, specifically designed to meet the growing demand of enterprises seeking high-quality, flexible work environments. The partnership is structured as a long-term commitment with a 15-year lease and will enable BHIVE to add over 3000+ seats in Bengaluru. By securing this space, BHIVE integrates world-class office infrastructure with lifestyle amenities, ensuring that member companies have a stable and scalable base for their operations over the next decade and a half.
