The Marketing Academy Unveils Second Global Fellowship Cohort for 2026; Sarthak Seth from Tata Realty Among Selected Leaders
Mumbai : The Marketing Academy has unveiled the second cohort of its Global Fellowship Program for 2026, announcing a highly selective group of senior marketing and commercial leaders from across the world. Among those selected is Sarthak Seth, Senior Vice President & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd., who joins the global cohort following a rigorous, merit‑based international selection process.
Launched as a unified global initiative in January 2026, the Fellowship brings together CMOs and growth leaders from across continents to deepen board‑level capability. The curriculum focuses on enterprise leadership disciplines including corporate finance, strategy, organisational vitality, transformational change, and stakeholder engagement; areas critical for senior leaders operating beyond functional roles.
Seth is among a select global cohort of 21 leaders, chosen through a rigorous international selection process. The Fellowship is delivered in partnership with McKinsey & Company, alongside marketing leadership expert Thomas Barta and board‑level coaching organisation Wisdom8, with support from global partners including Salesforce, Omnicom, The Brandtech Group, and TikTok.
Commenting on the selection, Seth said, “The Global Fellowship offers a rare opportunity to learn in a truly global context—exchanging perspectives across markets, categories, and leadership styles. As the role of marketing continues to expand beyond function into enterprise and boardroom leadership, programs like this play an important role in helping marketers develop a broader, more strategic lens. Learning alongside a diverse global peer group and engaging with proven leadership frameworks can add value not just at an individual level, but to the evolution of marketing leadership as a whole.”
The Global Fellowship Program is run by The Marketing Academy, a non‑profit organisation dedicated to developing leadership capability in talented marketers and the admission is strictly merit‑based.
