Mitigata Appoints Lalita Nayak as Chief Marketing Officer to Drive Global Brand Growth

  Mitigata, an AI-powered full-stack cyber resilience and risk management company helping businesses & governments strengthen cybersecurity preparedness and manage digital risk, today announced the appointment of Lalita Nayak as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

As CMO, Nayak will lead Mitigata’s global brand and marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on strengthening the company’s market presence, accelerating international brand growth, deepening ecosystem engagement, and shaping category leadership in cyber resilience.

The appointment comes at a pivotal stage in Mitigata’s growth journey as organisations worldwide increasingly prioritise cyber resilience, digital trust, and proactive risk management in response to a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

With over two decades of experience across fintech, media, gaming, and digital platforms, Nayak has led brand and growth initiatives at organizations including NPCI, NODWIN Gaming, Network18 and The Times group. Recently she is best known in playing a key role in scaling RuPay and Global Fintech Fest as nationally recognised platforms

Nayak brings experience across brand strategy, strategic communications, growth marketing, ecosystem development, and community-led initiatives. She is known for building high-impact teams and creating meaningful industry conversations crafting narratives that connect innovation, trust, and business value in fast-evolving industries.

At Mitigata, she will focus on expanding global brand visibility, strengthening thought leadership, scaling market engagement initiatives, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in cyber resilience and risk management.
