‘She Tales Vol. 2’ Returns to Celebrate Story-Led Mixology at Double Up, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park

She Tales Vol. 2 returns for its much-anticipated second edition at Double Up, located within the Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. Beginning 16th May, this unique showcase continues to spotlight the creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality of women in mixology through a dynamic, story-driven bar program.

Curated by Kiran Sinha, the concept brings together an all-women team of mixologists presenting a thoughtfully crafted menu of five signature cocktails, each inspired by the essence of Indian seasons. Blending storytelling with innovative mixology, every creation is designed to evoke emotion, memory, and a distinct sense of time and place—paired with curated bar bites for a complete sensory experience.

The cocktail collection unfolds like a journey through the year: Blossom Cooler (Spring): A delicate, floral mix of sparkling wine, vodka, saffron syrup, and cardamom. Golden Mango Grain (Summer): A tropical medley featuring toasted rice-infused rum, pineapple juice, mango purée, and coconut cream. Monsoon Masala (Rainy): A warm, spiced blend of golden rum and aromatic Indian masala tea. Hibiscus Paloma (Autumn): A vibrant twist with tequila, grapefruit, and hibiscus. Winter Blues (Winter): A rich, indulgent mix of gin, white chocolate liqueur, lime, and subtle sweetness.

Set within the lively, design-forward ambiance of Double Up—known for championing women-led hospitality—the experience offers a refined yet approachable social setting. For those seeking deeper engagement, guests can also participate in a “Make Your Own Cocktail” session, guided by the in-house mixologist (available with prior reservation).
