New Delhi : Footprints Education, one of India’s leading preschool and daycare chains, is strengthening its focus on corporate childcare partnerships by offering onsite and near-site daycare solutions for organizations looking to support working parents and improve employee retention.

With companies increasingly prioritizing employee wellbeing and workplace inclusion, Footprints Education is helping businesses create family-friendly work environments through safe, technology-enabled, and research-backed childcare services.

According to industry estimates, nearly 48% of women employees leave the workforce within four months of returning from maternity leave, while almost 50% exit their careers before the age of 30 due to childcare responsibilities. Footprints believes accessible childcare support can play a key role in improving women’s workforce participation and helping organizations retain talent.

“Organizations today recognize that childcare support is directly linked to employee productivity, engagement, and retention,” said Raj Singhal, Chief Executive Officer, Footprints Education. “Our corporate daycare solutions are designed to create peace of mind for parents while enabling companies to build more inclusive and future-ready workplaces.”

The company has established corporate childcare partnerships with leading organizations, including HCL, Wipro, TCS, HDFC Bank, Airtel, Today Network, IBM, PayTM, Amazon, Bata, Adidas, Airtel, and several other prominent brands across sectors. The company is now looking to further expand its corporate tie-ups during the current year as demand for workplace childcare solutions continues to rise.

Footprints Education offers customized onsite and near-site daycare solutions for corporates, along with flexible childcare programs including full-day daycare, preschool, after-school care, and half-day services. The near-site model gives employees the convenience of choosing centers close to their homes or workplaces while helping organizations offer childcare support without additional infrastructure or capital investment. Currently operating across 14 cities in India, Footprints continues to expand its corporate childcare network to meet growing demand from organizations and working parents.

Led by IIT Delhi alumni Raj Singhal and Purvesh Sharma, along with co-founder Ashish Aggarwal of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, Footprints Education combines technology-enabled childcare with strong safety standards. Its centers offer live CCTV access, instant parent updates, nutritious zero-junk meals, and child-safe infrastructure managed by trained all-female staff.

The company’s solutions also help organizations align with the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017, which mandates establishments employing 50 or more employees to provide crèche facilities.

Footprints follows a child-centric curriculum inspired by over 70 years of research by the US-based HighScope Foundation, whose learning framework is used in more than 50,000 preschools across over 20 countries. The curriculum focuses on active learning, child development, structured routines, problem-solving, and positive adult-child interaction.

As demand for workplace childcare solutions grows across India, Footprints Education plans to further strengthen its corporate partnerships and continue supporting organizations in building employee-friendly workplaces.
