AI Ready School, Inc. launched a unified AI ecosystem for K–12 schools in India, offering integrated AI tools and a free 15-day pilot programme to help institutions integrate AI into teaching, learning, and school operations. Founded by Chiranjeevi Maddala (Hyderabad), Srini Vemula (Dallas), and Pavan Desireddy (Melbourne), the platform was developed over five years through classroom deployments and institutional collaboration across India, the US, and Australia. The platform is already active in more than 10 partner institutions and has reached over 2,000 students and educators since 2022. AI Ready School plans to scale to 500 school partnerships across India by the end of the 2026–27 academic year while exploring international expansion.

The launch comes at a time when AI adoption in education is accelerating globally. In India, CBSE has recently introduced computational thinking and AI-focused curriculum initiatives for the 2026–27 academic session across Classes 3 to 8, increasing the need for schools to integrate AI into mainstream learning environments. However, many institutions continue to face challenges, including fragmented implementation and limited classroom integration. AI Ready School has been developed to address these gaps through a connected ecosystem built specifically for K-12 education.

Speaking about the launch, Chiranjeevi Maddala, Co-founder & CEO, AI Ready School, said, “Many schools today are experimenting with AI, but often in disconnected ways that do not create meaningful long-term impact inside classrooms. What institutions need is not simply access to more tools, but a structured ecosystem that connects learning, teaching, infrastructure, and practical application within one framework. Our philosophy is ‘Human First, AI Next.’ Every product we have built is designed to help children think more deeply, not depend blindly on technology. Our focus is to help schools adopt AI in a way that is practical, scalable, and aligned with the realities of day-to-day education.”

At the core of the platform is an integrated ecosystem that includes Cypher, an AI-powered personal learning companion for students designed to support guided and personalised learning; Morpheus, a teaching assistant that supports lesson planning, assessments, and personalised classroom interventions; ZION, a suite of AI tools for research, creativity, and project-based learning; and NEO, an experiential AI innovation lab that combines artificial intelligence, robotics, and extended reality-based learning experiences for students across Grades 1 to 12. The platform also includes Matrix, an on-campus AI infrastructure system that enables schools to deploy local AI environments with greater control over data privacy and implementation, including alignment with India’s DPDP Act and evolving data protection requirements in education environments.

The company is also working on TAAIRS (The Association of AI Ready Schools), a collaborative network aimed at bringing together school leaders, educators, and administrators to exchange best practices and encourage more structured conversations around AI adoption in Indian education.

One of AI Ready School’s earliest institutional collaborators is NH Goel World School, Raipur, which partnered with the company in 2022 and issued a formal appreciation letter in April 2026. The school reported measurable improvements in research-based learning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and presentation confidence among students, and noted higher teacher adoption of AI-supported classroom tools and practices.

“Students are now more adept at conducting research, collecting and analysing information, solving real-world problems, building innovative solutions, and confidently presenting their ideas on stage. It is commendable how the programme encourages students to think independently and approach learning with greater creativity and confidence,” said the Principal, NH Goel World School, Raipur, in the appreciation letter issued by the institution in April 2026.

AI Ready School is currently being introduced across partner institutions in India and is evaluating international expansion opportunities, including in the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The company also has active partnerships in international markets, including Uzbekistan, as it continues to expand its presence in the K-12 AI education space.
