2COMS Group Rebrands IndieTalent as Global Talent Square to Strengthen Global Hiring Operations and to Connect Global Talent with Workforce Demand
New Delhi – IndieTalent, the global talent mobility and recruitment business under the 2COMS Group, has officially rebranded as Global Talent Square (GTS), reflecting its evolution from an overseas recruitment initiative into a globally focused workforce mobility company. The new identity reflects the organisation’s expanded international ambitions, independent operational structure, and long-term vision of building scalable pathways between global talent supply and workforce demand across markets.
The transition comes at a time when industries worldwide are grappling with widening labour shortages, growing workforce mobility requirements, and rising demand for structured, ethical, and technology-enabled cross-border hiring ecosystems. With Global Talent Square, the organisation is positioning itself as an end-to-end workforce mobility partner that goes beyond recruitment to support the complete international talent journey, from sourcing and training to migration, onboarding, and relocation support.
What began during the COVID period as an initiative focused on connecting Indian healthcare talent with overseas opportunities has now evolved into a multi-market global talent company working across healthcare, construction, automotive, hospitality, logistics, technical trades, internships, and workforce mobility programs.
Commenting on the transition, Prashant Pachisia, Director, Global Talent Square, said, “Global workforce shortages are emerging as one of the defining economic challenges of this decade, while skilled talent remains concentrated in markets with limited opportunities. Global Talent Square has been created to bridge that gap at scale through a structured, ethical, and end-to-end workforce mobility ecosystem, marking far more than a brand evolution — it reflects the creation of a globally focused organisation designed to connect talent, employers, and economies through seamless international workforce movement.”
Today, GTS supports talent movement not only from India, but also from emerging workforce markets across Africa and Asia to employers across multiple global destinations, with clients including Australian Skilled Migration, GLOBOGATE, Avant Healthcare Professionals, and L&T Construction, among others. The company currently manages a global talent database of over 3 million candidates, has facilitated 850+ international placements in the last 2 years across 21+ destination countries, and works with 46+ employer partners globally.
Unlike conventional recruitment firms, Global Talent Square operates an integrated workforce mobility model that combines talent sourcing, candidate counselling, language and skill preparation, certification support, documentation management, visa facilitation, onboarding, relocation support, and post-migration assistance under a single operational framework.
The company is also investing in AI-enabled recruitment systems, migration process management tools, language training platforms, and candidate journey tracking capabilities to strengthen its global workforce mobility operations.
