TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship Launches AI Programmes That Boost Productivity by 20 to 25 Percent
New Delhi : As artificial intelligence rapidly becomes a workplace necessity, employers are facing a growing challenge of finding entry level talent equipped with practical AI skills. To bridge this gap, TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship has expanded its AI integrated apprenticeship programmes following the successful completion of a pilot involving 300 apprentices across leading organisations in April 2026.
Designed for both white-collar and blue-collar professionals, these programmes integrate practical AI learning into the apprenticeship journey, enabling learners to build workplace-ready AI capabilities while they earn. The programmes offer specialised modules including AI Fundamentals, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI for Developers, Python and LLMs. Employers can choose from multiple modules beyond these five listed based on specific job roles and business requirements.
