Uttar Pradesh government has granted a 15-day extension to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing allegations of embezzlement of donations at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The extension has been given to enable the SIT to widen the scope of its probe and conduct a comprehensive inquiry into all aspects of the case. The Central Government has notified revised wage rates under the Viksit Bharat G RAM G Act, 2025, effective from today.
