Bengaluru : Eight, the acclaimed Pan-Asian dining destination celebrated for its inventive cuisine and curated mixology at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, invites diners to experience The Thai Table, a limited-edition culinary showcase inspired by the vibrant flavours, bustling street food culture, and timeless traditions of Thailand. The special menu will be available from 15th July 2026 and will continue till 15th August 2026. Bringing together iconic classics and regional favourites, the menu is a celebration of the bold, balanced flavours that have made Thai cuisine a global favourite.
The experience brings together Thailand’s most celebrated dishes alongside regional specialties, offering diners an immersive journey through the country’s diverse gastronomic landscape. From comforting soups and vibrant appetisers to fragrant curries, wok-tossed noodles, and iconic desserts, every dish reflects the craftsmanship, balance, and bold flavours that have made Thai cuisine a favourite around the world.
Guests can begin the experience with Tom Yum Goong, Thailand’s legendary hot and sour shrimp soup, recognised by UNESCO for its cultural significance, alongside the creamy and aromatic Tom Kha Gai. The journey continues with signature appetisers including Moo Satay, Latieng, and Hor Mok, before moving on to regional favourites such as Lamb Massaman, Gaeng Daeng Moo, Thai Grilled Fish, and Moo Palo. Complemented by comforting staples including Khao Pad, Pad See Ew, and the globally loved Pad Thai, the experience concludes with the iconic Khao Niew Mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice), prepared with naturally blue butterfly pea-infused rice and sweet ripe mango.
Hosted at Eight, Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, The Thai Table, available from 15th July to 15th August 2026, offers guests an opportunity to discover Thailand’s rich culinary heritage through authentic recipes, vibrant flavours, and thoughtfully curated dining experiences.
