Way Well by Alekha Advani Jain Launches Harmony by the Sea, Maldives Edition, Its First International Luxury Wellness Festival Way Well by Alekha Advani Jain is taking its community beyond borders with the launch of Harmony by the Sea, Maldives Edition, the brand’s first international luxury wellness festival. The five-day festival will take place from 19–24 August 2026 at Heritance Aarah, bringing together movement, music, nourishment, ocean adventures, immersive wellness experiences and meaningful human connection in one of the world’s most breathtaking island destinations.
Hosted in partnership with Heritance Aarah, the festival reimagines the traditional wellness retreat by giving guests the freedom to design their own experience. Rather than following a fixed schedule, guests can choose from a thoughtfully curated programme of movement, recovery, adventure, creativity, learning and social experiences throughout the day. Whether beginning the morning with yoga on the banks of the Indian Ocean, joining a floating sound healing session, competing in a pickleball or padel tournament, snorkelling through vibrant coral reefs, attending a nutrition workshop or dancing barefoot beneath the stars, every guest is invited to create a journey that feels uniquely their own.
“Harmony by the Sea is about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, with nature and with one another. We wanted to create something that feels more like a celebration than a traditional retreat, where every guest can shape an experience that’s their own,” says Alekha Advani Jain, Founder of Way Well.
At its heart, Harmony by the Sea is built around community. Communal dinners, meaningful conversations, shared rituals and carefully curated experiences create opportunities for genuine connection among like-minded people from around the world. The festival is founded on the belief that wellness becomes even more meaningful when it is experienced together.
Each day begins with beach yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and journaling before unfolding into a choice of experiences for the day such as functional fitness, snorkelling adventures, recovery lounges, beauty rituals and creative workshops. Afternoons invite guests to explore, rest or play at their own pace, while evenings come alive with sunset rituals, vision board sessions, sound baths, stargazing, communal dining, beach cinema, live music and dancing beneath the Maldivian sky.
Over the past four years, Way Well has grown into one of India’s leading wellness communities, bringing together more than 10,000 community members and over 800 conscious brands through festivals, corporate programmes, private experiences and collaborations with luxury hospitality brands, members’ clubs and lifestyle destinations.
Harmony by the Sea marks the next chapter in Way Well’s journey and the beginning of a global festival series that brings together luxury travel, intentional living and meaningful community in extraordinary destinations around the world.
