Electromech Infraprojects Partners with Nova Capital Enterprises for Mission-Critical Data Centre Projects in the GCC
Mumbai, India / Abu Dhabi, UAE : Electromech Infraprojects Ltd. (EIL), one of the leading engineering and infrastructure solutions companies from India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi-based Nova Capital Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Nasser Holdings, to jointly pursue opportunities in data centre projects across the UAE and the Middle East region.
The partnership combines Electromech Infraprojects’ specialised capabilities in mission-critical engineering and digital infrastructure with Al Nasser Holdings’ diversified business portfolio, extensive regional network, and decades of experience in building businesses and supporting economic development across the UAE and the GCC.
The collaboration will focus on developing and delivering next-generation digital infrastructure across the UAE and the wider GCC, with a particular emphasis on hyperscale data centres and other mission-critical facilities. The partnership is well aligned with the UAE’s ambition to become a global digital economy powered by artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and advanced technologies. As investments in AI, sovereign cloud, and digital services continue to accelerate, demand for resilient, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure is expected to grow significantly.
