Starting 16 August, the brunch will bring together a selection of Pan-Asian delicacies, live cooking stations, premium pours and live music, creating an easy-going afternoon for guests to eat, unwind and take in the city views.
The menu has been put together by the culinary team at Horizon, with a selection of Pan-Asian favourites and chef-led preparations. Guests can also enjoy the energy of the live cooking stations, where dishes are prepared fresh, adding an interactive touch to the afternoon.
To complement the food, the brunch begins with a welcome pour of premium spirits, while live music keeps the mood relaxed through the afternoon. And, of course, the setting remains a big part of the experience—Horizon’s open rooftop location offers a panoramic view of Bengaluru, making it a fitting backdrop for a long, leisurely Sunday lunch.
